Product Exchange Policy
Customers may exchange a product within 5 days from the date of receipt in case of a manufacturing defect.
Please record a video or take photos of the defective item and contact our hotline for support with exchange or return procedures.

Warranty Period
For home appliances and household electrical products, a 12-month warranty is applied, in accordance with the policies of the brand/manufacturer.

Cases Not Eligible for Exchange/Return

• Products of the same brand but not purchased from Shop Max.
• Customers are unable to provide the order ID, video/photo evidence showing manufacturer defects.
• Request is made after the exchange/return period has expired.
• The product is scratched, physically damaged, or altered.
• The condition of the returned product does not match the video/photo evidence provided by the customer.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

• Product damage caused by user misuse or mishandling.
• The product is beyond the valid warranty period, as specified by the brand/manufacturer.
• Products sold at “shock price” promotions, as clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

• For customers located far from brand service centers and unable to bring products directly for warranty, you may ship the item to our store. Shop Max will work with the brand/manufacturer on your behalf. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
