For orders placed through our shop on e-commerce platforms, the terms and conditions regarding purchasing, delivery, and payment shall follow the regulations set by the respective platforms.

For orders placed directly with Shop Max, the following policies apply:

1. SHIPPING TIME

• For deliveries within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the estimated shipping time is 1–3 business days.

• For other provinces, the estimated shipping time is 2–5 business days on average.

• Delivery time does not include Sundays or national holidays.

• Shipping time may vary due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. SHIPPING FEES

• Free nationwide shipping is offered for orders valued from 1,000,000 VND and above.

• For orders under 1,000,000 VND, shipping fees are applied based on the rates of our delivery partners (e.g., Viettel Post, Giao Hàng Nhanh, Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm, VNPost).

• For express delivery services requested by customers, fees will be applied according to the rates of express service providers (e.g., Grab, Be, XanhSM).

• For purchases made directly at our physical store, no shipping fee is charged.
